By accessing our platform or engaging our transport services, you're agreeing to be bound by these legal terms. Are you ready to streamline your supply chain with us? If you don't agree with any part of these conditions, unfortunately, we won't be able to process your cargo.

2. Carriage of Goods

BRIAUD FREIGHT FORWARDING LLC operates as a freight forwarder. This means our team orchestrates the movement of your cargo via our network of transit partners. Whether it's a single palette or a full truckload, our responsibility is to ensure the safe booking, dispatch, and delivery of goods. We believe in transparency throughout the transit process.

Clients are required to provide accurate cargo weights and dimensions. Misdeclared freight can lead to transit delays. Don't let a typo hold up your delivery!

3. Warehousing & Storage

For warehousing for freight transportation, specific liabilty limits apply. We take every precaution in our COSTA MESA facilities, but standard industry limits per lb apply unless additional insurance is purchased. We've managed heavy transit for over 17 years and prioritize security above all else.

4. Payment & Fees

Standard payment terms are Net 15 from the date of invoice. Late fees of 2.5% may apply. We don't like charging hidden fees, so please review your quote carefully before signing dispatch orders. Our pricing includes transit and handling but excludes customs duties unless explicitly stated.
